"Dogs are our link to paradise.  They don't know evil or jealousy or discontent.  To sit with a dog on a hillside on a glorious afternoon is to be back in Eden, where doing nothing was not boring - it was peace." ~Milan Kundera

NOVEMBER PUPPY PIN UP - ELI & EMMIT

This month we have two handsome brothers, Eli and Emmit, for our puppy pin up. These two boys are extremely sweet natured and are doing very well in training. They are being raised by Angie Jennen and Kevin and Cindy Swett who are doing a great job with their socialization and basic training. We are delighted to welcome Eli and Emmit to the Assistance Dogs of Hawaii ohana and have very high hopes for their futures!

WORKPLACE READINESS PROGRAM

Chase is one of this year's participant in the Workplace Readiness Program. The program helps high school students with special needs acquire job skills to help them find employment after graduation. Chase helps out with cleaning, grooming the dogs and gardening. He has big smile, great attitude, and strong work ethic have made him a favorite with the ADH staff and volunteers. He also loves to play ball with the dogs during his breaks!
