Melon Mojito
Guests at a recent event raved about this!
2 oz. Rum
1 oz. Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz. White Creme de Menthe
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Few sprigs of Mint
Muddle mint in cocktail shaker. Fill half with ice. Pour ingredients in, cover and shake. Strain overice or into martini glass. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
