HL 2010 Class Project Update
Supporting Habitat for Hummanity

The Hancock Leadership Class of 2010 has selected its class project which provides a great opportunity for you to help meet a significant community need.  With your help, the class will provide funds for Habitat for Humanity’s WestPark playground project – an area in which Habitat has built five homes within walking distance.  Eight more homes are being planned in the area. As many know, the park has been neglected and is in need of major renovations including new play equipment, a walking track, flowers, and more.  If you would like to help provide a nice place for Habitat families to play, the HL Class of 2010 invites you to take a swing in support of Habitat for Humanity of Hancock County!  On Friday, May 28th, the Class of 2010 will be hosting a charity golf outing at Sycamore Springs - 11492 Twp Rd 25 in ArlingtonContact Leigh Esper (lesper@floodpartnership.org or 419-348-0514) for team sign up before May 21 as event is limited to first 100 golfers.

In addition to or in lieu of forming a team, we hope that you/your company will consider a sponsorship or a raffle item donation to help support this event and make this much needed community improvement a reality.  For sponsorships, Erin Rodabaugh (rodabaugherin_@hotmail.com or 419-957-0714), would be glad to provide you with information, or you may contact Barb Shick (barbarashick@yahoo.com or 419-957-8100) to donate a raffle prize.

Habitat for Humanity and Hancock Leadership are both 501c3 organizations.  If you are considering a monetary donation, checks may be written to “Hancock Leadership” c/o Leigh Esper,263 Haley Wood Dr., Findlay, OH45840.  Donations are tax deductible to the amount allowable by law.  Thank you, HancockCounty friends, for your concern.  Your support makes a meaningful difference!
