Dear Friend,
I am about to write the first YES To STRENGTH newsletter and I am very excited about it. I am also very grateful that you have signed up for this newsletter.
It is my sincere goal to make this newsletter worth your time.
I have now been in Canada for 6 months and have been enjoying many new experiences. The entire time, though, I have had a primary goal of making YES To STRENGTH become real. That goal was accomplished a few days ago. It would not have happened without the help of my wonderful wife, who possesses skills on a computer I can only dream about. Nor would it have happened without the substantial help from a very good friend who is a literal genius when if comes to building websites.
I wanted YES To STRENGTH because I feel that I have information and strategies to share. I will be working hard with the purpose of continued growth and success of this site.
I love what I do. My work, among many other things, makes me happy.
Recently, I listened to a radio interview with Paul Chek, who has influenced my thinking a lot. In this interview he stated that the problem for a lot of his clients is that they do not know what makes them happy.
THAT is being in really deep cow manure, my friend! Not knowing what makes you happy sucks!
Does that describe you? Maybe it does, hopefully it does not.
Today's tip is to create a list of activities that make you feel happy. Come up with at least seven things. At least a couple of those 7 things should be something that you can do EVERYDAY.
Hang this list where you can see it and make it a priority in your life! The results will astonish you.
Move with Passion,

PS: If you do not know what makes you happy, then ask the question: "What COULD make me happy?"
PPS: If you want to do even more good for yourself, share your list with the other readers at yestostrength.com. Go to Success Tips and see why.
