Dear Friend,
I have many different things that I want to tell you about this week, so this newsletter is more of a bullet point format than the usual:
- If you prefer a real book to an e book, "The Magnificent 35" is now available on www.amazon.com
- If some one uses the word "secret" to market something, most likely it is not. And it is definitely only a "secret" if you did not know about this particular strategy in the first place.
- What is more "secret" than a "secret"? That is, of course, a "hidden secret" (Saw that in an add the other day - not kidding!)
- We have new content in the Free Stuff Section: Two articles on kettlebell training for Strength, Size and Fatloss by Mike Mahler. Mike Mahler is an exellent strength coach, and I am happy to have his articles on my site. Click here for his articles.
- Recently I have recieved the most effective treatment I have ever experienced. It is a special kind of tissue work called Graston Technique and was provided to me by Doctor Stephanie Anisko at the Phoenix Chiropractic Clinic. Dr Anisko can be contacted at 905-812-0644
- I am currently finishing up my next e-book called "Bahia Beach Blast - How to use sand and water to bust your butt". I go into detail about the unique advantages of Beach Training and outdoor training. The book will also include a section with exercises and different programmes.
- One of the quotes I love the most comes from famous Wrestler George Hackenscmidt (The Hack Squat is named after him).
"Train outside in as little clothes as possible."
His book was written about 75 years ago. It turns out that there is a scientific rationale behind that recommendation. You will find out if you get my new e-book, so stay tuned.
- All scientific studies aside, two of the things I enjoy the most are:
- training outside (even in minus 10 degrees in the Canadian winter, with vaseline in my face to protect the skin),
- and training, not barefooted, but in my fivefingers (www.vibramfivefingers.com)
- Another product that I greatly recommend is Vega, a vegan meal replacement that contains so many healthy compounds that it would take up a whole book to list them. Check it out for yourself at www.myvega.com.
- As for my own training, I have been playing around with a sledgehammer and a couple of kettlebells. I have been doing double kettlebell Front Squats with two 32 kg kettlebells. That exercise has an awesome feeling to it. I have used the sledgehammer for various upper back, shoulder and grip exercises. Particularly, the sledgehammer lends itself to improve strength in ulnar- and radial flexion.
Move With Passion,
Karsten Jensen

A fundamental rule of good buisness is "to provide more in use value to your customer, than you take away in money value." The money value I ask for the products on yestostrength.com, reflect what I think is a fair price for my products. Since I cannot determine the use value for you, I have decided to include a 60 day money back guarantee. If you dont experience a use value of a book greater than the money value invested, you get your money back. Click here for more info on the money back guarantee.
