High Performance Training Tips
Dear Friend,
The Secret of a 76 Year Old Bodybuilder with a 500 Pound Bench Press.

I wrote about my meeting with Reg Park in my article "The New Physical Culture".

Sadly, Reg Park died last year but his legacy in the training world will stand for a long, long time.

I saw him at the Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio.

He was being interviewed on stage when someone asked him about the secret to his strength. He answered:

"I never considered the weight to be heavy."

This is an interesting answer from a man who,at age 76, still bench pressed 500 pounds and was known for doing calf raises with 1000 pounds.

How is it possible to "never consider the weight to be heavy"?

"Never consider the weight to be heavy" is a mental skill that must be sharpened EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU LIFT. How you develop this mental skill is explained in a new and unique training diary that I will release shortly.

This training diary also shows you two other key mental skills to focus on as you train, because a training session is predominantly a mental event with a physical outcome.

Move with passion,
Karsten Jensen
