Dear Friend,
"How did it feel?" Garin asked me. "Very fast, perfectly coordinated - and I did not even try to move," I answered. I had just delivered a perfect punch and I realized that in doing so I had discovered a key difference between the old way of lifting weights and moving, and the CoreForceEnergy™ way - which, I predict, is going to be the new way of moving and lifting weights. The difference is that in the old way of moving you TRY with EFFORT - mentally you are overcoming RESISTANCE. You are "muscle moving iron". If you like the struggle - if you need to overcome resistance and adversity to feel satisfied, the old way of thinking is probably the way you will enjoy the most. In CoreForceEnergy - the new way of moving and lifting weights - you think of yourself as ENERGY directing and MOVING energy. By thinking of yourself as energy your movements happen without effort. Why is this interesting for a strength coach like me? I will answer this with a counter question: Think about yourself or any athlete or client you are training. Do you think he or she would like to move faster and/or maintain this movement longer and with less effort? If the answer is yes, they will benefit tremendously from CoreForceEnergy.
