More Barefoot Advantages

If you have followed my high performance training tips for a while, you know I am a huge fan of the five finger shoes sold by www.wibramfivefingers.com

The reason is simple: Five fingers allow your feet and toes to work the way they are supposed to, as opposed to be cushioned and having your toes crammed together in a shoe.
