Dear Friend,
Last weekend I attended and spoke at the 2008 CPTN Conference. The conference was held at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre in Toronto. It was wonderful to see so many trainers eager to learn and it was an honour to be part of the group of presenters there to share information. I am aware that the information may be a little harder to extract from abbreviated session notes compared to an article, but I hope you can walk away with something useful anyway: Get access to my presentation notes by clicking the links below: "The Right Exercise at the Right Time" "If you don't know where you are going, every direction will take you there"
Note 1: My brother, his wife and their son are visiting my wife and I these days. I will enjoy their company to the fullest and not post another high performance training tip until Monday, July 21st. Note 2: July 21st will be very close to the launching date of my next e-book "How to build the best Butt on the Beach" Note 3: CPTN is a well run highly professional organization offering courses and certifications. Check them out at www.cptn.com P.S.: Log on to www.yestostrength.com every Wednesday to catch my latest blog entry. Click here to go directly to the blog. P.S.S.: Have a training question? Send me an email.

"If you're tired of the same boring exercises and need a change The Magnificent 35 will certainly mix things up for you in a big way. This is one of the most creative collection of exercises that I've ever seen. Your workouts will be a lot more fun. You'll burn more calories, giving you more fat loss, and of course you will become much stronger. A must have for anyone serious about their training and more serious about results."
