Dear Friend,
Increased Muscle Mass In the great book "Muscle Control" old time Strongman Maxick states that manual labour workers, like stone cutters, "should be big", due to their all day activity with sledgehammers, but they are not, because their mind "is on movement and not the muscle". Having your mind on the MOVEMENT or the MUSCLE during your training is a very interesting distinction. There is no doubt that if your focus is the movement of any kind, forget about the muscle and keep your mind on the movement using the principles explained in Core Force Energy. However, if your goal is to increase your muscle mass keep your mind on the muscle - whatever gets attention grows. Try this:
