Training Triad Inspiration #2
October 27, 2008
Dear Friend,
“11 steps to making your strength and conditioning levels a weapon.”

When I speak to coaches or athletes and tell them that I work as a strength and conditioning specialist, I can see that the words “strength and conditioning specialist” triggers certain associations in their minds. Based on previous experience with strength and conditioning specialists these coaches and athletes have certain assumptions of how I can help them.

I often find that expections I am met with are incoherent with the service I am able to deliver, so, I decided to write an article that outlines as accurately as possible how I am able to help an athlete or a team.

If you are in any way involved in creating training programs, I think you will find useful information in the article.

You can read the article by clicking here.

Committed to your uninterrupted success,
Karsten Jensen
