Dear Friend,
Bucket List” Did you watch the movie “The Bucket List”? It starred Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman as two dying men intensely pursuing their “bucket list” – the things they wanted to do before they died. Despite the storyline of death and dying, it was a very life affirming movie. I thought the concept of a “bucket list” may be interesting to apply to our fitness or strength and conditioning efforts. After all, we all have more or less well defined goals. Why not pick a list of VERY challenging goals, that would inspire you over a lifetime of training? Obviously, such a list would be totally individual. Some of us may have a short list, others a longer list. A feat that may be a challenge to one, may be too easy for another – or may seem boring or irrelevant. To your uninterrupted success,
