Dear Friend,
“The Strength and Conditioning
Bucket List”

Did you watch the movie “The Bucket List”?  It starred  Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman as two dying men intensely pursuing their “bucket list” – the things they wanted to do before they died.

Despite the storyline of death and dying, it was a very life affirming movie. I thought the concept of a “bucket list” may be interesting to apply to our fitness or strength and conditioning efforts. After all, we all have more or less well defined goals. Why not pick a list of VERY challenging goals, that would inspire you over a lifetime of training?

Obviously, such a list would be totally individual. Some of us may have a short list, others a longer list. A feat that may be a challenge to one, may be too easy for another – or may seem boring or irrelevant.
