Dear Friend,

Business is good here in Mississauga.

The back pain I told you about in an earlier post proved to be a strained internal ligament, a ligament that connects the descending colon to the ribcage. Very gentle healing and visceral release by an Osteopath improved my status a lot and I have started lifting again, after my longest lay off, ever.

In many cases lay offs increase your responsiveness to training and I am excited to explore this phenomenon on my own body.

Before we get to this week's topic, I would like to take the opportunity to thank all of you who completed the 2009 YTS Survey.  The feedback you provided will help me to create newsletters, articles and other information formats that are relevant to your needs.

The Strongest Neck In The World?

I am very excited to hand you this week's article, written by professional and performing strongman and motivational speaker Mike Bruce. He writes about what it truly means to be a strongman (or strong man). The answer may surprise you, but if you take it to heart and actually LIVE it, his words can transform you and your clients.
