| Introducing New VASER Liposelection |
VASER Lipo, also known as LipoSelection, is an advanced body contouring procedure that selectively removes unwanted body fat. An alternative to the harsh techniques of traditional liposuction, VASER Lipo uses state-of-the-art ultrasound energy designed to gently reshape your body, revealing a smooth new shape with a fast recovery.

The VASER system uses ultrasonic energy to break up and liquefy unwanted fat deposits. Because ultrasound is tissue selective, it can be directed exclusively to fatty tissue, while leaving surrounding nerves, blood vessel and connective tissue unaffected. During the procedure, the physician makes a tiny incision and inserts a thin probe that emits ultrasonic waves. The energy delivered to the area then breaks down the fat into a liquid that is removed with suction and massage.
In a clinical study published in a March 2002 issue of The Aesthetic Surgery Journal, three physicians who treated 77 patients with the VASER System reported low to minimal post-operative pain, bruising and swelling as well as no complications and no required re-treatments. Laser skin rejuvenation is a tried and true method of renewing the upper layers of the epidermis, eradicating fine lines and uneven texture. Fractional skin resurfacing is a newer technique that addresses deeper wrinkles and sun damage. These two approaches come together in Pearl Fusion, a combination treatment that can dramatically improve the appearance by targeting virtually all of the most significant problems associated with aging.
Pearl Fusion incorporates both the Pearl and Pearl Fractional laser procedures, techniques that have been clinically proven to ablate and coagulate the epidermis, resulting in new collagen growth. After one to two sessions, spaced three to six months apart, patients see a visible improvement in wrinkles and fine lines, as well as in uneven skin textures. Pore sizes are also often reduced, along with many of the most significant pigmentation problems.

Spider veins, or telangiactasias, are a common problem that’s easy to fix. These small, dilated blood vessels occur near the surface of the skin and form when the pressure inside the vein increases enough to overcome normal resistance of the vein wall. Spider veins can develop anywhere on the body but most commonly occur on the legs and face. They tend to become worse with age, particularly for women, since the ability of veins to resist increased pressure is reduced in women when the body's estrogen level declines.
Laser vein therapy targets discolored blood vessels. Energy is selectively delivered to destroy malfunctioning veins, which are then expelled by the body’s natural processes. Very small veins may be removed in just one session, but several treatments are often required to completely remove larger veins or diffused redness.

A Tummy Tuck removes excess skin that has lost its elasticity. It may also help reduce fat, tighten loose abdominal muscles and improve the appearance of stretch marks. This provides a more contoured stomach and well-defined waistline. The procedure lasts between three and five hours, depending upon the degree of improvement desired. As with other types of surgery, patients need a few weeks to recuperate, with most returning to their normal activities within two weeks.
