I have received many requests for a copy of Generation Islam footage that includes PARSA and the orphan Nassim. If you click on this picture it will take you to the PARSA website page that has video footage of our story.
We have just learned that this orphanage will be closed by the Ministry in two weeks just for the beginning of winter. PARSA has worked for the last three to years to avert this government practice which drives children into madrassas or to work for a small bed and room during the winter. Anyone who wants to participate in our efforts to stop this practice in the National Orphanage system in Afghanistan should e-mail Dawn Erickson at derickson_afa@yahoo.com.
