• Can I rent or buy an email list to use with Elite Email?

No. Elite Email must only be used with your own permission-based email list. This means you have people's consent to contact them.

• How do I load my list into my Elite Email account?

Loading your mailing list into your account is easy! All you have to do is upload your database by following our easy to use instructions. You can upload files directly from Microsoft Excel (.xls / .xlsx), .CSV, or .TXT. No matter what contact management or CRM program you are using, we are positive we can get your data into Elite Email. There are also helpful Elite Email TV videos that demonstrate this process.

• What if I don't have an email list?

No problem...it's time to get started and we're here to help! At one point everyone started off without a mailing list, so your situation is not unique and we have powerful tools to help get things rolling. You can put a signup button on your website that will connect to your online Subscription Center (which we provide for you), you can embed a signup form right on your website or you can even create a signup popup. Best of all, you can customize all these things to suit your exact needs through our interactive wizards. Even though you don't have a large list now, we'll plant the seeds together and very soon your list will be growing fast.

• What happens to my mailing list after I've uploaded it to my account?

Your mailing list and all associated data always remains your property. We will never rent, share or sell your list as is in accordance with our privacy policy. Once your list is uploaded it will be safe behind our secure firewalls and only you will be able to access it with your login and password.

• Can I use my contact list from Outlook, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, etc?

Of course! You can easily export your contact list for these and other popular programs. In just a few minutes you can have those contacts imported into your Elite Email account.

• Can people automatically unsubscribe from my mailing list?

Yes. The entire process is automated. All someone has to do is click the 'unsubscribe' link in the footer of your email and then they will be automatically blocked from future mailings. We even prevent them from being re-added by accident so you don't have to worry about making a mistake.

• Can I include more information for people than just their email address?

Absolutely! You can include a variety of information in every contact's profile including their name, address information, phone number and more. You can customize over 20 different fields to meet your exact needs.

• What happens when an email address bounces and is no longer valid?

We have a sophisticated bounce handling system that will process all your bounces and generate an easy to view bounce report for you. All hard bounces will be automatically removed from your list and you can optionally block soft bounces, too.
