If you have questions about how much Elite Email will cost then you are in the right spot. This page has answers to some of the most commonly asked questions. The best way to experience all that Elite Email has to offer is by creating a free trial account.

• How does pricing work?

We have two different pricing structures so that you can find the one that works best for you.
Our monthly subscription is based on how many active contacts you have on your mailing list. You can email those contacts as often as you want for one low monthly price.
Our pay-as-you-go plan lets you purchase email credits. Each email sent to one of your contacts reduces your account by one credit. Email credits never expire so there is no rush to use them.

• Do pay-as-you-go email credits ever expire?

You have an entire year (365 days) to use your pay-as-you-go email credits. This can be monitored within your account at any time.

• Are there discounts for nonprofit organizations?

Yes. We are proud to work with many nonprofit and charity organizations across the globe. All nonprofits receive a 20% discount on our prices. Learn more about nonprofit email marketing.

• Do I have to sign a contract to use Elite Email?

Absolutely not! You are under no obligation to sign a contract or commit to a certain period of time when using Elite Email. People use Elite Email because they love it... not because they signed a contract.

• Do I need to give you a credit card to start the free trial?

Nope! You can create a free trial account, log in, and start creating emails without ever needing a credit card.

• Can I cancel my monthly subscription at any time?

Yes you can. There is no long term contract so you will be paying month-by-month. If you ever decide to cancel you will not have to pay for another month.

• Isn't this more expensive than downloading software?
