• Is the free trial really free?
Absolutely! You don't pay anything...zilch...notta....nothin'! You don't even need to give us a credit card number, so it's 100% completely free. We want to make sure you love Elite Email before you pay anything at all.
• Are there any restrictions with the free trial?
Nope! The entire Elite Email program will be unlocked and at your fingertips. We give you 1,000 free email credits to use. You can take as long as you want to send them, since they'll never expire. When you've used up your 1,000 free credits you can easily purchase more or signup for a monthly subscription.
• Is there training available?
Of course! We want to make you an expert right away so there are a wide variety of resources available to you. You can visit our Learning Center for some useful articles and video tutorials. You can also call your friendly Account Executive who is more than willing to walk you through the entire process from start to finish. If you have any questions, just ask! We're here to help!
• Do you have video tutorials?
You bet! Once you're logged into Elite Email, just look for the "Video Help" icon on the screen. Simply click the icon and you will see a live video presentation appear on your screen that shows you exactly how everything works. You can also access Elite Email TV to watch videos now.
• Do I need to enter my credit card when signing up?
Nope. A credit card is not required. You can even visit our signup form now to see that we don't ask for any payment information at all.
• Can you help me switch from my existing email service provider (ESP)?
