Create An Unlimited Number of Contact List Segments.
Use Interest Groups To Fine-Tune Your Contact List and Send Targeted Emails!
We all know that not everyone is the same. You may have different groups of people on your mailing list that you want to send different targeted emails to. With Elite Email, you can create an unlimited number of interest group segments. Whether you need 2 groups or 200 groups, you can fine-tune your list-segmentation without any restrictions.
Manage Your Existing Interest Groups
For each group you can see the name, number of contacts, and public/private status.
Sort the list by name, number of contacts or public/private status or perform an instant search to find exactly what you are looking for.
Click on a group name to view all the contacts in that group.
When you send out an email, you can choose one or more groups to receive your message.
Add New Groups
When adding a new group, you can give it a descriptive name so that it has more meaning
to you and your contacts.
Each group can be setup as public or private.
You can add as many new groups as you require in just one step.
Rename, Delete or Merge Interest Groups
At any time you can rename your group to something new.
You can also delete unused groups or merge two groups into one without any hassle or difficulty. When deleting a group you simply specify where to move the contacts to and Elite Email will take care of all the heavy lifting.
Public vs. Private Groups
Let's say you create a group named "Most Important Customers". In this group you will add your highest value customers, but obviously you don't want to let anyone just join this group. As a matter of fact, you want it completely hidden from everyone else. By making this group 'private' you will achieve exactly that!
Now, assume you have a group named "Special Coupons" that you want to let anyone join. By making that interest group public, when someone new signs up for your mailing list, they can click to join that group.
Send Targeted Emails To Specific Groups
When going through the email creation wizard, you will be asked which interest groups you want to send the email to. You can choose as many interest groups as you want. Plus, you don't have to worry about duplicates because if the same contact is listed in multiple groups, they will still only receive one email.
Example: Let's say you have two groups in your account named "Dine-In Customers" and "Delivery Customers". If you create an email announcing your new delivery guarantee, you may only want to send that to contacts in the "Delivery Customers" interest group.
