How do I refer other affiliates? |

Login to the Affiliate Area with your login and password and click on the "Signup Sub affiliates" link. This will give you a special link to pass out to other potential affiliates. When a new affiliate signs up using your special link, you are awarded commission on all their sales. |

At what point does someone become a Real New Client that I get a commission for? |

The moment a new client's free trial ends and they purchase one of our products, they become a Real New Client that you get a commission for. You will then continue to receive a commission on both their second and third purchases! If the product they signup for does not have a free trial period, you will get a sales commission right away. |

My account says that I have less referrals than I think I should have. Where are my missing referrals? |

Your referrals should show up on your reports almost instantly as soon as the person you referred becomes a Real New Client. In case you do not see a specific referral in your reports, please send us your referral's Username and Email address and we will look into the matter right away. |

Your reports should be updated instantly, however there is occasionally a slight delay. If after 24 hours you do not see the specific referral in your reports, please send us an email and we will look into the matter right away. |

You will usually be able to determine if your links are working by reviewing your reports. If you would like us to do a thorough review of your implementation, please send us an email and be sure to include your full URL with the exact location of the links. |

In the event that you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Forgot Password" link on http://affiliates.eliteanswers.com/. You will be taken to a screen where you are prompted to fill in the email address that you used to register for the affiliate program. After doing this, you will receive a reactivation code that you must enter online, which will reset your account..
